link, a random claim ID. Details below.
01 Who we are
This site is operated by Automation First, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. For anything in this policy, including requests to see or delete your data, email youri@openartvip.com.
We are independent. We are not OpenArt, and this site is not operated, sponsored or endorsed by OpenArt.
02 What we collect

We never see your payment details. You pay OpenArt on openart.ai and you pay us nothing. There is no checkout on this site, so we never receive a card number.
03 Cookies and browser storage
One first-party cookie, osp_claim, set only if you reach
OpenArt through our /go link. It holds the random claim ID
described above, lasts 60 days, and does nothing else. The main buttons
on the offer page link to OpenArt directly and do not set it.
The page also remembers, in your own browser (osp_went,
osp_lead, osp_pending), whether you have
clicked through to OpenArt and whether you have already given us your
email, so it does not ask twice. That never leaves your device.
OpenArt's affiliate provider, Tolt, sets its own referral cookie when you arrive on openart.ai through our link, for the period OpenArt configures. That cookie is theirs, not ours, and is governed by OpenArt's privacy policy. It is how OpenArt knows we sent you, which is why an ad blocker can stop the offer from registering.
If we switch on Google Analytics for this site (not the
tools), it counts page views, video plays and button clicks and sets its
own first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*, up to two
years). We never send it your email address or anything else that
identifies you.
04 Who else touches your data
Only the services needed to run this:
- Vercel, hosting for this site and the tools
- Resend, sends your sign-in codes and confirmations
- Tolt, OpenArt's affiliate system, which tells us a referral converted
- Anthropic, the language model behind the tools' written output, which receives the text you type into the tools
- OpenArt, only if you connect your OpenArt account to render from the tools, and only what that render needs
- Google Analytics, if switched on, counting visits and clicks, never with your email address
We do not sell your data, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. We will disclose it if a valid legal order requires it.
05 How long we keep it
- Claim submissions: 24 months, so we can resolve disputes about who signed up through whom
- An address typed into the "which email did you use" box: 24 months, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it
- Your account and access: for as long as you have access, plus 12 months
- Generation history: until you delete it, or your account is closed
- The claim cookie: 60 days, or until you clear it
Ask us to delete your account and we will, along with everything attached to it, within 30 days.
06 Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email youri@openartvip.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, to receive your data in a portable format, and to complain to your national data protection authority. Our lawful bases are contract (giving you the access you claimed), legitimate interests (fraud checks, running the service) and consent (analytics, marketing email), which you can withdraw at any time.
07 Email
Claiming access means we email you about your access: your sign-in code and anything that affects whether the tools keep working. Those are service messages.
If you typed your address into the email box and, when we next check OpenArt's referral records, your signup is not there, you get at most two reminders. There is no third, and once you get access they stop. Each has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing is permanent.
08 Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will email you before it takes effect rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
